Health & Wellness
Health and wellness are important for everyone. At the J, we make sure you can include health and fitness as part of your day with classes that fit your busy schedule.
The best part is: you don’t even need to be a paying member to take our classes.
New clients should arrive 5-10 minutes early to fill out a waiver (depending on the class).
