Ozrim are given real-world work experience, including filling out an employment application and an interview. This position is to prepare those who are looking to become Junior Counselors when entering 11th & 12th grades and Senior Counselors upon graduating high school.
Time is spent training, planning, and supervising activities, supervised by professional staff. This is a paid position and requires at least a two week commitment (weeks do not need to be consecutive).
Ozrim work for a per/day rate, and will receive a stipend at the end of the summer.
