Thursday, September 26 | 3-6 PM | Ann Arbor JCC
Will offer standard quadrivalent flu shots for ages 3 and older, and high dose flu shots for ages 65 and older
* Nasal Flu Shots will also be available
* Limited Supply of Pfizer COVID Shots for Ages 12 and up
This year, the following vaccines will also be offered:
- Pneumonia
- Shingles
- Hepatitis A
- Hepatitis B
- Hepatitis A/B Combo
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Whooping Cough
- RSV
- HPV
- Meningitis ACWY
- Meningococcol B
Things to know before your appointment:
- Please print and fill out the consent form below!

- Make sure you wear a short sleeved shirt!
- Make sure you’ve registered in advance!
