What are Kangoo Jumps?
Kangoo Jumps rebounding boots have a spring which absorbs 80% of the impact upon landing. This allows you to run, jump & bounce with less impact to your joints. Class Policies & Cancellation:
•Reservation & payment is required in advance for all classes.
•New clients should arrive 10 minutes early to get properly fitted into Kangoo Jumps and sign a waiver. New clients who arrive after class has started may not be allowed to enter a Kangoo Jumps class.
•Tall, thick socks are required for Kangoo Classes (to prevent chafing, and for sanitary reasons). If you do not have tall socks, you may rent or purchase socks before class (cash only). Socks that grip are recommended.
•Always bring your own towel and water!
•Offerings are based on demand & registration, and space is limited. We require a minimum of 4 clients to be registered 4 hours in advance, in order to run each class. If less than 4 people are registered for class, we may cancel. Only clients that are pre-registered will be notified of cancellations. All class changes will be updated online/mobile app.
•Registration will remain open 60 minutes before class starts. If less than 1 hour before class, you will need to CALL or TEXT 734-707-7181 to check availability of rental boots.
•Drop-ins (no reservation) for Kangoo Fitness will only be allowed if you arrive 10 minutes early. Availability is not guaranteed.
•You may cancel (with no penalty), at least 4 hours before the class or appointment start time. If you cancel your reservation less than 4 hours before the start time, or do not show, you will forfeit the class fee.
All services are non-refundable, regardless of class cancellations or schedule changes. Services expire 60 days from date of purchase, unless noted. Policies, pricing and offerings are subject to change.
Laura is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer & Group Exercise Instructor with 8 years of teaching experience. Her energetic and creative approach to fitness will motivate all levels to achieve their personal best. As Director of Jump to Fitness, and Kangoo Jumps distributor of Michigan, she offers unique and fun cardio rebounding classes with Kangoo Jumps. Laura is also a certified trainer in many health and fitness classes including Kangoo Power™ and Kangoo Boot Camp™. In addition to her passion for fitness, she also enjoys music, dance, healthy eating, General Hospital, and her rescued pit bull, Charlie. She looks forward to helping you reach your goals!
