Joseph Wright has been involved with fitness and training individuals to achieve their goals for the past decade. A NASM certified trainer, his background allows him to work with anyone, regardless of their age/gender/fitness state, to achieve whatever goals they have in a manner that doesn’t sacrifice safety for results. These workouts are designed to improve total body fitness, while stimulating brain cognition.

The JCC is offering the first workout complimentary, then $5 drop in fee thereafter.
