Our staff is made up of caring individuals dedicated to making each camper’s experience positive and meaningful. And you yourself will have an amazing experience working with like-minded inviduals. You will meet lots of new people and make friends that will last a lifetime.

Days are spent either with your individual group or at your specialty area depending on your position. But lunch and other general camp times are spent together with the campers and all staff regardless of whether you are a Counselor or Specialist.

Anyone who has worked at camp can tell you what an incredible experience you will have!  You will make friends and influence children in a way that can only be done at summer camp. While camp days can be exhausting, our day camp will begin with drop-off at 8 am and will have you back in Ann Arbor around 4 pm, so you will have time for a life outside of work. There will often be options to work after-camp care for additional pay.
