Third Thursday @ the J: Meet Ann Arbor’s Newest Rabbis

Join Third Thursday @ the J for an afternoon with the two newest additions to Ann Arbor’s Jewish community. Rabbis Jared Anstandig (Ann Arbor Orthodox Minyan) and Nadav Caine (Beth Israel Congregation) will briefly discuss what brought them to Ann Arbor, followed by time for questions.

 

 

 

 

 

Rabbi Jared Anstandig grew up in West Bloomfield, MI. He earned degrees in Judaic Studies and Biblical Studies at Yeshiva University where he was also ordained. He currently serves in the US Army Reserve’s Chaplain Corps.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Rabbi Nadav Caine grew up in Philadelphia.  He was  ordained at the Ziegler School of Rabbinic Studies in Los Angeles and has served as a Conservative Rabbi for eleven years before coming to Ann A

rbor.
