Low Impact Chair Exercise

Low-impact exercise benefits every part of the body, including the mind. Exercises in this class are done with the aid of a chair while sitting and standing and may include bands or light weights. The workout contains balance and strengthening endurance exercises. To increase each person’s energy, different techniques are introduced: Chinese self-massage, Qigong practice to draw energy from nature, and Donna Eden’s energy exercise routines.
