Ann Arbor JCC Online
Thu March 19, 2020 - Fri December 31, 2021
Check out all the amazing opportunities to exercise, learn, explore, and build community online!
This page is updated only occasionally as our core operations have returned to our building. The page is divided by geography with local Ann Arbor listings first, then other JCC’s, and finally anywhere.
Many options below will utilize an online sharing service called Zoom. If you’re unfamiliar with Zoom, check out this tutorial on how to use it.
There are many opportunities to connect online, try something new, and be in community with each other while staying safely apart. Take a look below.

Much of the programming offered by the J’s below will be available free of charge. However, these J’s are all independent, as is the Ann Arbor JCC, so we are not responsible for the content or offerings. You may find that some of the virtual programming requires registration, has an associated fee, or is available only to that J’s members.

The content of videos linked above is for entertainment only. JCC’s are not medical organizations and any instructors or staff cannot provide medical advice or diagnosis. Physical exercise in all forms, even without equipment, is a strenuous physical activity. As such, you should consult your physician or other health care professional before starting this fitness program or any other fitness program to determine if it is right for you. If you are predisposed to a medical condition that may be worsened by physical exercise, please do not start any of these fitness programs. Do not start a fitness program if your physician or health care provider advises against it. If you experience faintness, dizziness, pain or shortness of breath at any time while exercising you should stop immediately. If you think you are having a medical or health emergency, call your health care professional, or 911, immediately.
During times of difficulty, here are links to some great 1 minute reminders from J Response to help build resiliance and keep steady.
